The registration fee includes:

*Paper publication (Accepted and registered full paper only)

*All keynote sessions and parallel sessions during the conference

*Two coffee breaks, lunch and dinner on August 10, 2024.

*Conference materials and souvenirs

About Extra Items:

Additional page: Ordinary length limits is at least 5 pages. If the paper exceeds 6 pages, the additional pages will be charged. 

Additional paper: Additional paper registration is subject to the following condition: 

1. The author who registers one full conference package can do his/her additional accepted papers' registration with the registration item "additional paper (370USD)". And he/she will be expected to present the 1-2 additional papers on the conference site by him/herself.

2. The additional paper registration should be registered under the same authors' names.

3. One author can enjoy the additional paper registration item for no more than 2 additional papers.

3. On-site payment

Paying online with a credit card and cash are both available for on-site payment.

Please inform us at least one month before the conference date if you decide to register on-site, so that we will prepare the related materials in advance for you to attend the conference.

The official Receipt of your payment:

After we confirm your successful registration, we will issue the official receipt of your payment. And the official receipt, together with other conference materials will be provided to you on the conference site. 

If you need the receipt before the conference date, please contact us directly via the conference email.

Invitation Letter:

After completing registration and fees payment, invitation letters can be sent upon request. The letter will be sent by e-mail as a PDF file. 

Please contact us directly via the conference email directly if the invitation letter is required.

Cancellation:

1. If the participants choose not to attend the conference due to some "personal reasons" (travel difficulties, visa issues, health issues, financial issues, etc.), the conference organizer won’t bear any responsibility, refund or pay any compensation. 

2. Applicant should send the refund/cancellation requests before 1st April, 2024. Cancellations will incur a US$100 administrative fee. NO refunds can be provided after this date.

Other Notice:

1. Presenter means participants(abstract submission authors) who attend one day conference only. And he/she can present a paper by oral / poster presentation on the conference site.

2. Students registration applicants should provide effective student identity.

3. The conference online payment system will not charge any extra fee, but the credit card payment may incur a few currency exchange commission fee which is charged by the cardholder's bank and it should be borne by the cardholder.

4. For international bank transfer payment, bank charges will be borne by the applicant.

5. At least one of the authors of each paper should register for the conference and finish the payment accordingly.

Organizer Statement:

1. The organizer reserves the right to adjust the conference date and venue due to any unexpected circumstances or force majeure events.

2. Participants are required to wearing the name tag when attend the conference. Non-participants without name tags are not allowed to enter the conference area if not permitted.

3. Please take good care of all your belongings in the public area on the conference site. The conference organizer is not responsible for any loss or damage of property.
